Ethan Allen Interiors (NYSE:ETH) said it has amended its three year senior secured revolving credit facility, increasing the line to $60 million by adding a $20 million commitment from Wells Fargo Retail Finance.
Ethan Allen said The company currently has no plans to use the facility other than for its outstanding letters of credit - currently $12.5 million - primarily for workers compensation insurance purposes. The facility is provided by a syndicate led by JP Morgan Chase Bank.
The company also updated guidance, saying they expect diluted loss per share to be between $0.21 and $0.23.
Shares of Ethan Allen are down over 13% this afternoon.
Sohu.com Inc. (NASDAQ:SOHU) announced earnings today, with EPS at 88 cents, missing analyst estimates. Additionally, the company estimates total revenues for the fourth quarter of 2009 to be between $134.5 million and $138.5 million, which is also below estimates.
Sohu shares are trading down over 16% so far today.
PrivateBancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:PVTB) will be doing an offering of $175 million of its common stock. The company lost $31.2 million, or $0.68 per diluted share, for the third quarter.
PrivateBancorp shares are down over 29% in afternoon trading.
