Today's Big Losers: Jefferies Group, China Green Agriculture Monday, November 23, 3:50 PM ET
Jefferies Group (NYSE:JEF) was downgraded by Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) today from a Neutral to Sell as Goldman is concerned about the company's fixed income trading.
The downgrade is driving Jefferies shares lower today, off nearly six percent.
China Green Agriculture (NYSE:CGA) announced they will be raising approximately $20 Million in a registered direct offering. Rodman & Renshaw, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group (NASDAQ:RODM), acted as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
Shares of China Green Agriculture are down about eight and a quarter percent on the offering news.
