Public Storage Announces Earnings Friday, November 6, 10:16 AM ET
Public Storage announced results on Thursday after the bell.
The Glendale, California based storage company said it made $273.3 million or $1.03 per share, compaired with $137.3 illion, or 42 cents per share last year. Revenue was up four percent to $412.9 million from $431.2 million, beating expectations.
Revenue would have been higher, but lower rent per square foot and average lower occupancies during the quarter affected results.
