Shares of MAXIMUS are up nearly seven and a half percent.

Regal Beloit (NYSE:RBC) posted diluted earnings per share of 90 cents compared to 63 cents for the fourth quarter of 2008.

On the news, Regal Beloit is trading higher by about 7.5%.

EnerSys (NYSE:ENS), reported net earnings for the third fiscal quarter of 2010 of 47 cents per diluted share, compared to diluted net earnings per share of 61 cents for the third fiscal quarter of 2009. Adjusted net earnings on a non-GAAP basis, were $0.44 per diluted share. This compares to the company's previous guidance of 35 cents to 39 cents.

After the report, shares of EnerSys are up about 6.5%.

Dolby Laboratories (NYSE:DLB) posted first quarter revenue of $221.2 million, compared to $180.3 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2009, an increase of 23 percent.

First quarter GAAP net income was $0.59 per diluted share, compared $0.68 per diluted share, for the first quarter of fiscal 2009. However, on a non-GAAP basis, first quarter net income was $0.64 per diluted share, versus $0.61 per diluted share a year ago.

Dolby is targeting a fiscal 2010 diluted earnings per share range of $1.96 to $2.08 on a GAAP basis and $2.21 to $2.32 on a non-GAAP basis.

The market likes the report and outlook as shares are up more than 5.5%.

99 Cents Only Stores (NYSE:NDN) saw a 2.3% increase in net consolidated sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2010, and increased consolidated gross profit to $154.9 million from $142.8 million in the third quarter of the prior fiscal year.

Shares of 99 Cents Only Stores are up more than 6.25%.
