Premier Financial Bancorp, a $1.7 billion financial holding company with two community bank subsidiaries announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock. At its regularly scheduled November meeting, the board of directors declared a $0.15 per share dividend to common shareholders of record on December 14, 2018. The cash dividend will be paid to shareholders on December 31, 2018.

Richard A. Grafmyre, Chief Executive Officer of Penns Woods Bancorp, has announced that the Company's Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2018 cash dividend of $0.47 per share. The dividend is payable December 24, 2018 to shareholders of record December 11, 2018.

Meta Financial Group announced that the Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.05 per share for the first fiscal quarter of 2019. This dividend will be payable on January 2, 2019 to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2018.

ARMOUR Residential REIT today announced the December 2018 cash dividend for the Company's Common Stock, which maintains the current monthly dividend rate of $0.19 per Common share.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $1.25 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on February 5, 2019 to shareholders of record on January 18, 2019.
