SPXU, RETL: Big ETF Outflows Tuesday, October 27, 10:49 AM ET
Looking at units outstanding versus one week prior within the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the biggest outflow was seen in the ProShares UltraPro Short S&P500, where 4,450,000 units were destroyed, or a 4.2% decrease week over week.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the biggest outflow was the Daily Retail Bull 3X Shares, which lost 50,000 of its units, representing a 32.3% decline in outstanding units compared to the week prior. Among the largest underlying components of RETL, in morning trading today Advance Auto Parts is off about 0.6%, and Asbury Automotive Group is lower by about 3.2%.
