On Tuesday, the Neuberger Berman Real Estate Securities Income Fund (AMEX:NRO) declared its monthly distribution of 2 cents per share, maintaining the amount it paid to shareholders last month. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 6.8% going forward.
In other dividend news, HJ Heinz Company (NYSE:HNZ) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share. Hanover Insurance Group (NYSE:THG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share. CBL & Associates (NYSE:CBL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. And Greif Incorporated (NYSE:GEF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 42 cents per share.
