Templeton Dragon Fund Increases Distribution To Shareholders

The Templeton Dragon Fund (NYSE:TDF) declared its annual distribution of $1.237 per share on Friday, an increase of about 34% over its distribution in 2009. Net investment income accounted for $0.3347, short-term gains were $0.0509 and long-term capital gains amounted to $0.8514.

In other dividend news, Tyco Electronics Limited (NYSE:TEL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share. Ferrellgas Partners LP (NYSE:FGP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share. Eastern Insurance Holdings (NASDAQ:EIHI) maintained its quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share. And Fauquier Bankshares Incorporated (NASDAQ:FBSS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
