According to ETFChannel.com's "Top ETF Stock Components" top list, ETFs aggregately hold approximately $8 billion of ExxonMobil (NYSE:XOM) stock.
The SPDR S&P 500 ETF (AMEX:SPY) hold over $2.4 billion of ExxonMobil, the Energy Select SPDR Fund (AMEX:XLE) holds over $1.18 billion and the S&P 500 Index Fund (AMEX:IVV) owns nearly $700 million of ExxonMobil.
In total, ETFs make up about 2.5% of the market cap of ExxonMobil.
