Yesterday afternoon, FirstEnergy (NYSE:FE) declared its quarterly dividend of 55 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 6% going forward.
In other dividend news, JP Morgan Chase & Company (NYSE:JPM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. US Bancorp (NYSE:USB) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. Mastercard Incorporated (NYSE:MA) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. And Fifth Third Bancorp (NASDAQ:FITB) maintained its quarterly dividend of 1 cent per share.
