iShares MSCI ACWI ex US Information Technology Sector Index Fund ETF Outperforms

The iShares MSCI ACWI ex US Information Technology Sector Index Fund ETF (AMEX:AXIT) outperformed other ETFs this week, up about 8.2%. Components of that ETF showing particular strength this week include shares of Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (NYSE:ASX), up about 6.1% and shares of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing (NYSE:TSM), up about 4.8% on the week.
And underperforming other ETFs this week is the iShares Dow Jones U.S. Home Construction Index Fund ETF (AMEX:ITB), down about 2.2% this week. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing for the week were shares of Skyline (NYSE:SKY), lower by about 8.1%, and shares of PulteGroup (NYSE:PHM), lower by about 5.8% on the week.
Other ETF standouts this week include the Dynamic Semiconductors Portfolio (AMEX:PSI), outperforming this week with a 6.9% gain. And the Dynamic Utilities Portfolio (AMEX:PUI) was an underperformer, falling about 1.4% this week.
