Despite strong earnings from Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL), International Business Machines (NYSE:IBM) and VMWare (NYSE:VMW) this evening, the PowerShares QQQ Trust (QQQQ) is trading lower by more than 1% at the moment. Traders pushed technology stocks higher over the past few weeks in anticipation of higher numbers this earnings season. With Apple accounting for nearly 21% of the QQQ Trust, investors should expect a rough day in the markets on Tuesday.
