Looking at ETFChannel.com's "Top ETF Stock Components" toplist, in total ETFs hold over $5 billion of Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT) stock.
The SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSE:SPY) has more than $1.4 billion in Microsoft, the PowerShares QQQ ETF (QQQQ) holds about $900 million and the S&P 500 Index Fund (NYSE:IVV) owns more than $400 million of Microsoft. Next in line is the Technology Select SPDR ETF (NYSE:XLK) which has over 8% of its holdings in Microsoft.
In total, ETFs make up about 2.4% of the market cap of Microsoft.
