Proshares Ultra Semiconductors More Than 33% Intel Corp

The Proshares Ultra Semiconductors (AMEX:USD) is more than 33% Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC). Compare this to their next holdings of Texas Instruments (NASDAQ:TXN) at 10.51%, Broadcom (NASDAQ:BRCM) at 4.99% and Applied Materials (NASDAQ:AMAT) at 4.85%.
The ETF seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to twice the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Semiconductors Index.
It is not hard to see that the daily fluctuations of Intel Corp. have a major impact on the pricing of this ETF. With an expense ratio of 0.95%, it seems that this ETF is approximately a 1/3 leveraged bet on Intel's performance.
