Shares of Alpha Natural Resources (NYSE:ANR) are trading higher by 5.7% after Barron’s reported that the coal producer’s shares may rise as high as $60, helped by Chinese and Indian demand.
The stock makes up 4.38% of the Coal ETF (AMEX:KOL), trading up 1.4% today.
Top U.S. listed holdings in the fund include Peabody Energy (NYSE:BTU), Joy Global (JOYG) and Consol Energy (NYSE:CNX).
Alpha Natural Resources is also a top 10 holding, at 4.27% in the Global Coal Fund (PKOL), which has Peabody and Cameco (NYSE:CCJ) as its top stocks.
