BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) shares are falling today after Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) and PNC Financial Services (NYSE:PNC) sold a combined 51.1 million shares of BlackRock stock at $163 each.
Shares are trading down 1% today.
BlackRock is one of the world’s largest money managers, but it is only a 1.01% holding of the Claymore/Beacon Global Exchanges, Brokers & Asset Managers Index ETF (EXB).
Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) is the top stock in the fund, at 5.62%, accompanied by only one other US-listed stock in the top five holdings, Morgan Stanley (NYSE:MS), with 5.31% of the portfolio.
