German GDP Grows 0.7 Percent

Gross domestic product grew 0.7% in Germany in the third quarter, as compared to the second.

Germany’s Federal Statistical Officer noted the data shows that an upturn in the nation’s economy continues, albeit at a slower pace than expected.

Keep an eye on the iShares MSCI Germany Index Fund (AMEX:EWG) Friday.

Top stocks include Siemens (NYSE:SI), at 10.33% of the fund, Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB), at 6% of the holdings and SAP (NYSE:SAP), at 4.47%.
