Dow AgroSciences, a subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:DOW), and DuPontís (NYSE:DD) Pioneer Hi-Bred announced late yesterday they have resolved a dispute over the marketing of corn seed products.
The dispute concerned corn seed products sold through Pioneerís PROaccess business unit.
The companies said the resolution they came to was that Pioneer could continue to distribute the products at issue, with modified packaging.
Further details of the agreement, including any potential financial settlement, were not disclosed.
