The FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-U.S. Small-Mid Portfolio ETF (AMEX:PDN) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Wednesday, with over 1.3 million shares traded versus three month average volume of about 26,000. Shares of PDN were up about 1.2% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Wednesday were Lundin Mining (TSE:LUN.CA), trading up about 7% with over 5.6 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Opti Canada (OPC.CA), up about 1.5% on volume of over 5.0 million shares. Centerra Gold (TSE:CG.CA) is lagging other components of the FTSE RAFI Developed Markets ex-U.S. Small-Mid Portfolio ETF Wednesday, trading lower by about 4.9%.
