Wednesday Sector Leaders: Construction Materials & Machinery, Specialty Retail Stocks

In trading on Wednesday, construction materials & machinery shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 2.4%. Leading the group were shares of China Advanced Construction (NASDAQ:CADC), up about 7.1% and shares of Owens Corning (NYSE:OC) up about 3.4% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are specialty retail shares, up on the day by about 2.2% as a group, led by Zale (NYSE:ZLC), trading higher by about 36.7% and Officemax (NYSE:OMX), trading higher by about 4.6% on Wednesday.
