Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund (AMEX:IWM), which added 17,700,000 shares, or a 9.1% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWM, in morning trading today Tibco Software Incorporated (NASDAQ:TIBX) is up about 1%, and Riverbed Tech Incorporated (NASDAQ:RVBD) is relatively unchanged.
