Turning today to week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest outflow was seen in the iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund (AMEX:IWM), which shed 12,300,000 shares, or a 6.1% decrease week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWM, in morning trading today Riverbed Tech Incorporated (NASDAQ:RVBD) is off about 0.6%, and Tibco Software Incorporated (NASDAQ:TIBX) is up by about 0.2%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest outflow was the Proshares UltraShort DJ-UBS Crude Oil (AMEX:SCO), which lost 1,450,000 of its shares, for a whopping 37.5% decline in outstanding shares.
