Looking today at week-over-week shares outstanding changes among the universe of ETFs covered at ETF Channel, the largest inflow was seen in the iShares Russell 1000 Growth Index Fund (AMEX:IWF), which added 9,100,000 shares, or a 4.1% increase week over week. Among the largest underlying components of IWF are Apple Incorporated (NASDAQ:AAPL), which is up about 1.5%, and Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE:XOM), which is up by about 1.6%.
And on a percentage change basis, the ETF with the largest increase in inflows was the First Trust Developed Markets Ex-US AlphaDEX Fund (AMEX:FDT), which added 150,000 shares, for a whopping 147.1% increase in outstanding shares. Among the largest underlying components of FDT are Melco Crown Entertainment (NASDAQ:MPEL) is up about 4.2%, and SK Telecom (NYSE:SKM), which is up by about 0.5%.
