In trading on Monday, shares of Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp (NYSE:CDE) crossed below their last reported book value — defined as common shareholder equity per share — of $22.98, changing hands as low as $22.59 per share. Coeur d'Alene Mines Corp shares are currently trading off about 2.7% on the day. The chart below shows the one year performance of CDE shares, versus its 50 and 200 day moving averages:
