Daily Dividend Report: EAT, WR, EXR, MO, ARG

This morning, Brinker International (NYSE:EAT) declared its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share, an increase of about 14% over its prior dividend. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 2.8% going forward.

In other dividend news, Westar Energy (NYSE:WR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share. And Extra Space Storage (NYSE:EXR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share.

Among dividend increases, the Altria Group (NYSE:MO) announced its quarterly dividend of 41 cents per share, an increase of about 8% over its prior dividend in June of 38 cents. And Airgas (NYSE:ARG) announced its quarterly dividend of 32 cents per share, an increase of about 10% over its prior dividend in June of 29 cents.
