In trading on Friday, shares of Volterra Semiconductor Corp (NASDAQ:VLTR) crossed below their 200 day moving average of $23.69, changing hands as low as $23.09 per share. Volterra Semiconductor Corp shares are currently trading off about 2.7% on the day. The chart below shows the one year performance of VLTR shares, versus its 200 day moving average:
