The best performing sector as of midday Thursday is the Energy sector, up 1.7%. Within that group, Schlumberger Ltd (NYSE:SLB) and Cimarex Energy Co (NYSE:XEC) are two large stocks leading the way, showing a gain of 3.4% and 3.4%, respectively. Among energy ETFs, one ETF following the sector is the Energy Select Sector SPDR ETF (NYSE:XLE), which is up 1.2% on the day, and up 8.05% year-to-date. Schlumberger Ltd, meanwhile, is up 4.74% year-to-date, and Cimarex Energy Co, is down 8.18% year-to-date. Combined, SLB and XEC make up approximately 4.7% of the underlying holdings of XLE.

The next best performing sector is the Services sector, up 1.0%. Among large Services stocks, Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS) and Foot Locker, Inc. (NYSE:FL) are the most notable, showing a gain of 4.4% and 3.5%, respectively. One ETF closely tracking Services stocks is the iShares U.S. Consumer Services ETF (IYC), which is up 0.9% in midday trading, and up 19.32% on a year-to-date basis. Walt Disney Co. , meanwhile, is up 29.18% year-to-date, and Foot Locker, Inc., is down 16.58% year-to-date. Combined, DIS and FL make up approximately 4.9% of the underlying holdings of IYC.
