Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Noodles & Co (NASDAQ:NDLS), where a total of 1,167 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 116,700 underlying shares. That amounts to about 63% of NDLS's average daily trading volume over the past month of 185,240 shares. Especially high volume was seen for the $10 strike call option expiring May 21, 2021, with 1,047 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 104,700 underlying shares of NDLS. Stamps.com Inc. (STMP) saw options trading volume of 1,398 contracts, representing approximately 139,800 underlying shares or approximately 61.3% of STMP's average daily trading volume over the past month, of 227,910 shares.
Especially high volume was seen for the $300 strike call option expiring May 28, 2021, with 184 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 18,400 underlying shares of STMP.
