Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Cross Country Healthcare Inc (NASDAQ:CCRN), where a total of 3,478 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 347,800 underlying shares. That amounts to about 142.3% of CCRN's average daily trading volume over the past month of 244,400 shares. Particularly high volume was seen for the $20 strike call option expiring September 17, 2021, with 1,504 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 150,400 underlying shares of CCRN.
