Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Netflix Inc (NASDAQ:NFLX), where a total of 48,450 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 4.8 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 134.4% of NFLX's average daily trading volume over the past month of 3.6 million shares. Particularly high volume was seen for the $530 strike call option expiring August 13, 2021, with 3,372 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 337,200 underlying shares of NFLX.
