Noteworthy Friday Option Activity: Z, ATOM, DAL

Among the underlying components of the Russell 3000 index, we saw noteworthy options trading volume today in Zillow Group Inc (NASDAQ:Z), where a total of 28,324 contracts have traded so far, representing approximately 2.8 million underlying shares. That amounts to about 79.3% of Z's average daily trading volume over the past month of 3.6 million shares. Particularly high volume was seen for the $45 strike put option expiring January 21, 2022, with 5,960 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 596,000 underlying shares of Z. Atomera Inc (NASDAQ:ATOM) options are showing a volume of 1,766 contracts thus far today. That number of contracts represents approximately 176,600 underlying shares, working out to a sizeable 78.8% of ATOM's average daily trading volume over the past month, of 224,130 shares.
Particularly high volume was seen for the $25 strike call option expiring February 18, 2022, with 829 contracts trading so far today, representing approximately 82,900 underlying shares of ATOM.
