In trading on Monday, shares of Leap Wireless International (LEAP) crossed below their last reported book value defined as common shareholder equity per share of $6.37, changing hands as low as $6.35 per share. Leap Wireless International Inc shares are currently trading off about 2.9% on the day. The chart below shows the one year performance of LEAP shares, versus its 50 and 200 day moving averages:
