Simon Property Group (NYSE:SPG) announced its quarterly dividend of 95 cents per share, an increase of about 6% over its prior dividend in November of 90 cents. The company also reported that it earned $363.8 million, or $1.24 a share, last quarter, compared with a profit of $218.8 million, or 74 cents a share, in the same period last year, beating analyst estimates of 90 cents.
Shares are about even on the day.
In other dividend news, Pepsico Incorporated (NYSE:PEP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 51.5 cents per share. Archer Daniels Midland Company (NYSE:ADM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 17.5 cents per share. Wynn Resorts Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 50 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Partnerre Limited (NYSE:PRE) announced its quarterly dividend of 62 cents per share, an increase of about 3% over its prior dividend in November of 60 cents.
