Welcome to the video introduction to the Barclays 3-7 Year Treasury Bond Fund, traded under ticker symbol IEI. This ETF is a fund, created in January 2007, that corresponds to the price and yield performance, before fees and expense of the intermediate sector of the US Treasury market as defined by the Barclays Capital U.S. 3-7 Year Treasury Bond Index. The underlying index looks at US fixed-rate, non-convertible treasuries that mature in three or more years, but less than seven years and have $250 million or more in face value.
