After the bell yesterday, Yamana Gold (NYSE:AUY) declared its quarterly dividend of one cent per share, maintaining the amount paid last quarter. Despite Yamana's earnings miss earlier this week, the stock has climbed as spot gold price continue their assault on $1100/ounce.
In afternoon trading, shares of Yamana were trading higher, up more than two percent so far.
In other dividend news, United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share. Archer Daniels Midland (NYSE:ADM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 14 cents per share. Brookfield Asset Management (NYSE:BAM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 13 cents per share. And CA Incorporated (NASDAQ:CA) maintained its quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share.
