ESCO Technologies (NYSE:ESE) had their fourth quarter sales come in at $169.4 million compared to $192.5 million in 2008, with profit down $2.7 million compared to Q4 2008.
Shares of ESCO are down today by more than 12.5%.
Merge Healthcare (MRGE) announced today that it is offering to sell approximately 9.03 million shares of common stock in a registered direct offering to select institutional investors at a purchase price of $3.00 per share.
Merge shares are down almost sixteen and a half percent on the news.
And Intertape Polymer Group (AMEX:ITP)(ITP.CA) announced today its intention to voluntarily delist its shares of common stock from the New York Stock Exchange. The Company's shares of common stock will continue to trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Intertape is down almost 7% on the New York Stock Exchange today.
