Amedisys, provider of home health services, announced that is has hired Miachel Snow as its new Chief Operating Officer. Snow will start working for Amedisys on March 1.
Snow's resume includes serving as CEO of Wellmont Health System, COO for Health South, and CEO of Surgical Affiliates following its spinoff from Health South.
Amedisys's former CEO Larry Grahm left the company in early fall to pursue other interests, but shares plunged upon news of his departure.
