Yesterday afternoon, Sara Lee (SLE) declared its quarterly dividend of eleven cents per share, maintaining the amount paid last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about three and a half percent going forward.
Shares of Sara Lee were trading modestly lower Friday morning, off about one half of one percent.
In other dividend news, Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share. Lockheed Martin (NYSE:LMT) maintained its quarterly dividend of 63 cents per share. Costco (NASDAQ:COST) maintained its quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share. And Capital One (NYSE:COF) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share.
