This morning, Monro Muffler (NASDAQ:MNRO) declared its fourth quarter dividend of seven cents per share, maintaining the amount paid last quarter. With the fourth quarter dividend, the company also preannounced its first quarter dividend of nine cents per share, an increase of almost 30%.
Despite the positive news, the stock was trading in the red today, off about 0.25% so far.
In other dividend news, RPM International (NYSE:RPM) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20.5 cents per share. Men's Wearhouse (NYSE:MW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 9 cents per share. And Northwest Natural Gas (NYSE:NWN) maintained its quarterly dividend of 41.5 cents per share.
Among dividend reductions, Broadway Financial (NASDAQ:BYFC) announced its quarterly dividend of 1 cent per share, a decrease of about 80% from its prior dividend in January of 5 cents.
