Isle of Capri Casinos (ISLE) announced that it has commenced an offering of 9 million shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of the offering an option for 30 days to purchase up to 1.35 million additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
On the offering, shares of Isle of Capri are down 12.9%.
Rehabcare Group (RHB) is down about 12.7% today on more than double normal trading volume.
After seeing shares rise Friday on heavy volume, Opko Health (NASDAQ:OPK) is giving back today. Currently shares of Opko are down 7.9%.
CardioNet (NASDAQ:BEAT) said that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has proposed that the technical component of mobile cardiovascular telemetry remains carrier-priced for calendar year 2011. This proposal was included in The Medicare Physician Fee Schedule Proposed Rule released on Friday, June 25, 2010. CardioNet's CEO said "Given our efforts to obtain a national reimbursement rate for CardioNet’s MCOT technology, we are disappointed in CMS’ Proposed Rule."
