This morning Goldman Sachs (NYSE:GS) upgraded shares of Federal Realty Investment Turst (NYSE:FRT) to neutral from sell. Goldman also upgraded shares of Camden Property Trust (CPT) from neutral to buy and set a $49 per share target price.
Shares of Camden are up about 1.25% and Federal Realty is lower by about 0.4%.
UBS (NYSE:UBS) upgraded shares of Bank of Ireland (IRE) to buy from neutral. However, the ongoing saga in Europe is still weighing on Bank of Ireland, with shares down about 5.7% so far today.
JP Morgan (NYSE:JPM) upgraded shares of Genzyme (GENZ) to neutral from underweight and raised their price target to $50 per share.
