The Global Listed Private Equity Portfolio ETF (AMEX:PSP) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 416,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 171,000. Shares of PSP were up about 1.2% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were American Capital Limited (NASDAQ:ACAS), trading up about 0.8% with over 1.3 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Blackstone Group (NYSE:BX), up about 1.5% on volume of over 1.2 million shares. MCG Capital (NASDAQ:MCGC) is the component faring the best Tuesday, up by about 2.3% on the day, while Fortress Investment Group LL (NYSE:FIG) is lagging other components of the Global Listed Private Equity Portfolio ETF, trading relatively unchanged.
