The SPDR S&P World ex-US ETF (AMEX:GWL) is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Tuesday, with over 155,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 26,000. Shares of GWL were up about 0.1% on the day.
Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were Kinross Gold (TSE:K.CA), trading relatively unchanged with over 17.8 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Virgin Media (VMED), up about 2.2% on volume of over 11.3 million shares. Alcon (ACL) is lagging other components of the SPDR S&P World ex-US ETF Tuesday, trading relatively unchanged.
