This morning, Agree Realty (NYSE:ADC) declared its quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 8.1% going forward.
In afternoon trading, shares of ADC were higher, gaining just about 2% today.
In other dividend news, Equity Residential (NYSE:EQR) maintained its quarterly dividend of 33.75 cents per share. The NFJ Dividend Interest & Premium Strategy Fund (NFJ) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share. And Associated Estates Realty Corporation (NYSE:AEC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share.
And among dividend increases, Two Harbors Investment Corporation (NYSE:TWO) announced its quarterly dividend of 39 cents per share, an increase of about 18% over its prior dividend in June of 33 cents.
