After the bell yesterday, Hatteras Financial (NYSE:HTS) declared its quarterly dividend of $1.10 per share, maintaining the amount paid to shareholders last quarter. With the dividend, the company also announced a public offering of 5 million common shares which were priced at $28.75 this morning.
Shares of HTS were trading near the offering price today, down 6.2%.
In other dividend news, Polo Ralph Lauren (NYSE:RL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. Valspar Corporation (NYSE:VAL) maintained its quarterly dividend of 16 cents per share. Con-way (NYSE:CNW) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. And The Buckle (NYSE:BKE) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share.
