Late Friday, the Inland Real Estate Corporation (IRC) declared its monthly dividend of 4.75 cents per share, maintaining the amount paid last month. Based on the current stock price, investors can expect a yield of about 6.9% going forward.
In afternoon trading, shares of IRC were higher, picking up 2.6% so far.
In other dividend news, JC Penney (JCP) maintained its quarterly dividend of 20 cents per share. Cimarex Energy (XEC) maintained its quarterly dividend of 8 cents per share. SL Green Realty (NYSE:SLG) maintained its quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share. And Lennox International (NYSE:LII) maintained its quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share.
