Sidoti and Company downgraded shares of Kenneth Cole Productions (KCP) from buy to neutral today, following rumors that Iconix (NASDAQ:ICON) may be targeting the company for takeover. The firm maintained its $18 price target.
Shares of KCP are trading lower by about two percent.
