Kleen Products LLC filed a suit on September 9, 2010 against Packaging Corporation of America, International Paper, Norampac, Inc., Cascades, Inc., Domtar Corporation, Weyerhaeuser Company, Georgia Pacific LLC, Temple-Inland, Inc. and Smurfit-Stone Container Corporation. The nature of the suit is antitrust.
Shares of Temple-Inland (TIN) are down 7.75%, International Paper (NYSE:IP) is lower by 7.1%, Packaging Corporation of America (NYSE:PKG) is down 4.25%, and Smurfit-Stone Container (SSCC) is off by 5.4%.
