Inergy Holdings (NRGP) announced after the bell on Friday that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.34 per share for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. The distribution will be paid on October 29, 2010, to shareholders of record as of October 22, 2010. Investors can expect about a 4.3 percent yield based on the current stock price.
Shares of Inergy are trading higher by about eight tenths of a percent.
In other dividend news, Mosaic Company (NYSE:MOS) maintained its quarterly dividend of 5 cents per share. Diamond Foods Incorporated (NASDAQ:DMND) maintained its quarterly dividend of 4.5 cents per share. Kaiser Aluminum Corporation (NASDAQ:KALU) maintained its quarterly dividend of 24 cents per share.
Among dividend increases, Targa Resources Partners Limited Partnership (NYSE:NGLS) announced its quarterly dividend of 53.75 cents per share, an increase of about 2% over its prior dividend in August of 52.8 cents.
