Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE:FBC) announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offerings, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $367.3 million. The offerings consisted of 110 million shares of common stock at a purchase price of $1.00 per share and 13.5 million shares of convertible preferred stock at a purchase price and liquidation preference of $20.00 per share.
Shares of Flagstar are down 43.75%.
Navigant Consulting (NYSE:NCI) posted adjusted earnings per share of $0.16, missing analyst expectations.
Navigant is trading lower by 22.63%.
Revlon (NYSE:REV) announced net income of $12.5 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, sharply lower compared to $23.1 million, or $0.45 per diluted share.
Revlon shares are down 18.2%.
SKECHERS USA (NYSE:SKX) said that they while they continue to experience growth in many categories, including toning, several accounts over-booked for back to school and cancelled orders, resulting in more inventory than initially planned.
Shares of SKECHERS are lower by more than 18%.
Oclaro (NASDAQ:OCLR) said they expect second quarter fiscal 2011 revenues in the range of $116 million to $124 million and adjusted EBITDA in the range of $6 million to $11 million.
